1. Application Overview
GGMUN encourages youth leaders who are ready to tackle world issues with their ideas and solutions to apply to this event. GGMUN welcomes youth from diverse background without exception. This year GGMUN is back with 8 forums, 12 hours total of meeting session, more than 900 delegates expected, seven meeting session, prestigious diplomatic dinner, and inspiring speakers.
Country and Forum Assignment
Country and forum assignments are determined by a variety of factors, including motivation letter, MUN experience, and quota of the forum. If you are not assigned in one of the forums you applied, delegates will be allocated in their second or third forum preferences. However, if the quota is full the committee has the right to allocate to the other forum.
2. Location and Venue
Located in Southeast Asia, Thailand covers a total area of approximately 513,000 square kilometers (198,000 square miles) and is the 50th largest country in the world and the 12th largest in Asia! Thailand has three seasons: wet, cool, and hot. Depending on where and when you travel. It is always good to check the weather before visiting as some areas are better in specific seasons.
Nakhon Nayok Province
Nakhon Nayok is a destination that has arguably been taken for granted by many tourists. Located Northeast side of Bangkok, Nakhon Nayok has many attractions that may be visited on day trips. Consequently, Nakhon Nayok is typically visited by day trippers or those making a brief stopover on the way to other destinations. However, Nakhon Nayok features refreshing natural beauty, including waterfalls and parks, renowned historical sites, a number of soft adventurous activities, and a variety of delectable fruits. The northern part of Nakhon Nayok is located in the Dong Phaya Yen mountain ranges, an area covered by the Khao Yai National Park. Yod Khao Kiew, its highest peak, is 1,292 meters above sea level. In contrast, the central part of the province is a rather flat river plain formed by the Maenam Nakhon Nayok, a river popular with white water rafting enthusiasts. The provincial seal says a lot about Nakhon Nayok. It features a circle indicating the unity of the people of Nakhon Nayok, an elephant raising an ear of rice that represents the fertile forests where numerous elephants dwell and the ear of rice referring to the fruitful farming in the region, and a pile of straw, a stand of trees, and billowy clouds in the background depicting the natural beauty of the province that includes portions of Khao Yai National Park and contains the Nakhon Nayok River, a popular destination for rafting.

3. Financial Aid & Guide to Fundraising
There is no financial aid available to support applicants at this time. We suggest applicants check local organizations for sources of subsidy and support. Delegates can apply sponsorship to a certain company/organization or school/college. Delegates may use the proposal and letter of acceptance as a necessary document for sponsorship approval.
The steps :
After you are registered and accepted as Delegate in GGMUN you will receive your LoA. You can use your LoA as the attached page on the Sponsorship Proposal. You can submit your sponsorship Proposal to your school or university, alumnae group, or lecturer funding, or even local government.
4. Travel Arrangements, Hotels, and Food
Delegates are required to make their own arrangements for the flight ticket to and from Thailand. GGMUN provides Airport Assistance from Don Mueang Airport to Cholapruek Resort
GGMUN 3.0 provides meals with a variety of options based on the delegates’ preference such as vegetarian food or other special dietary needs caused by their health conditions.
All fees are refundable (TnC for refund).
The provision of payment will be informed in the letter of agreement that will be provided by the committee.
REFUND Terms and Conditions
For cancellation due to sickness, death, natural disasters, and conflict, the delegates will be given a 100% refund maximum 60 days before the event.
For cancellation due to visa rejection, the delegates will get 100% refund. The delegates should inform approximately 45 days before the event.
